The Beginning of the End

The community college is hosting campus tours at two local universities today with the opportunity to meet with a transfer adviser.  Baby Boy and I are going.

He'll be looking for places to go while I'll be looking for places to hide and have a good cry.

*SIGH*

It looks like the beginning of the end is near.

Until next time . . .

That's what we always say we're aiming for... but it still feels awful. (hugs) PL is only talking about going away to school in Seattle in a few years but it still makes my heart skip a beat.

Aww. No matter where Baby Boy decides to go, he'll keep in touch with you! *hugs* Best wishes to all three of you as you journey into your futures!

Make sure to get the kind of kleenexes that have lotion. You don't want a chafed nose and puffy eyes.
Just teasin'.

The kid and I were talking about her application to a two week art institute program one hour away this morning and I found my voice cracking -- I have no room to talk.

I love reading about you and BB. Your journey always inspires.

(((HUGS))) My baby girl is moving out to Sydney today. I should be grateful that its only a two hour trip as opposed to her sister moving interstate last year. Ah they grow up too fast!!!!

Oh that's so exciting for Baby Boy! But indeed a difficult journey to contemplate. Hope he chooses someplace very close by!

I have no advice or anything... that day is fast approaching for me, too.

Only both my kids will end up moving out about the same time, I think.

::sigh::
