In case I forgot to mention it, one of my New Year's resolutions is to get more exercise.
So far, I think I'm pretty much right on track, but it's really starting to be a pain in the neck.
And back.
And butt.
And earlobes.
And eyebrows.
And elbows.
And knees.
Oh, and today my pinky toe started to hurt. Really bad.
But it's supposed to do that. Right?
Until next time . . .

Awwwwwwwww! I wish I was there to motivate you, and to make sure your exercise wasn't such a pain in your neck. Didn't you start gently??? LOL
Yes, it is supposed to feel like that. You're doing great. Now do it again. (You'll thank me later - or so I frequently tell Padawan Learner.)
I always do great until things start to "creak". Should parts creak at my age? I don't think so!!
No pain, no gain, they say.
But that's no fun, now, is it?
How about if you just go on long walks every day? That won't hurt.
NO..you are not supposed to do pushups with your pinky toe! LOL! I also am trying to get a little more exercise but me, I just walked on the beach! Don't want to go straining any bits, pinky toes included! I have however managed to lose a few kilos this week. An upset tummy! Woops!
That post reminded me of the poem "Sick" by Shel Silverstein..
Have a great weekend.
Hmm, yes be careful of that pinky toe! You don't want it to start hurting too much. That could really interfere with your exercise! I agree with Jason - do lots of brisk walking to start. Maybe some yoga?
