Our clothes dryer has been broken for a couple of weeks now.
At first we did tiny loads and hung things around the house, but today Baby Boy and I were feeling inspired, so we decided to make use of the fantabulous weather we've been having.
Well, it's too hot for people to be outside, but it's just right for drying laundry.
Actually, everything smells so clean and feels so fresh, we may just keep it up awhile, you know until the Homeowners' Association sends around that pesky cease and desist letter, LOL.
In case you're wondering, yes, that is the old skeleton of one of those portable cabanas you take to the beach. We haven't been to the beach in a while, so at least it's getting used for something.
Until next time . . .

LOVE that!!
I don't like stiff jeans. I'm spoiled by having a dryer... and I don't dry stuff outside because my hubby thinks it looks trashy (he grew up trashy... has a list a mile long)
How have you been?
You need to BLOG MORE.
I love this! And if you get one of those pesky letters, I'd just toss it in with the recycling and keep on doing what you are doing. :-)
Awesome job! It's funny in the states you get a letter if you dry your clothes outside, but here that is all the locals do. In fact most off base homes/apartments don't even have a dryer!
*I made my family blog private, I sent you an invite*. :)
No, didn't get harasssed or anything like that *thankfully LOL*. I started a homeschool blog and I have some writing stuff in the works and blogger shows both blogs under my profile. So for the sake of my family's privacy *especially in regards to the hubby's job* I went private on the family one. So I have "work" stuff and family stuff. :)
Great improvisation there. Are clothes lines not standard in your own back yards? I thought you guys were just lazy using the dryer all the time LOL! I hate using the dryer and mostly only use it in winter if the washing won't dry but of course only in emergencies. Hugs xoxoxo
Homeschoolers are so darn creative!! (beach cabana skeleton...hahahaha)
Don't you just love it when you can turn your jeans upside down without them moving?
